I engage in physical activity at least 3 times a week, barring the carrying of groceries to the front door.
I live a relatively interesting life, currently in a European country , working and living here, with regular trips back home. I am slowly transitioning to a retirement , and final destination still to be determined. A major reason to find new friends etc.
